Health Care Card

To assist you and ensure every visit here at the Range Lake Clinic is pleasant and efficient, please note the following:

Present your current valid provincial/ territorial health care card upon request. Pictures on cell phones are NOT accepted - PAYMENT in full will be required for the visit if unable to present/verify.

Your Provincial/Territorial health card issuer may or may not reimburse you for a paid visit. Please contact your issuing province/territory for details, as the Range Lake Clinic will issue no refunds. If applicable, patients are solely responsible for seeking reimbursement from issuing province/territory.

**Presenting a valid health card after your paid visit will not constitute a refund.
